We are looking for experienced customer service professionals who will go beyond the call in servicing the customer.

You will be assigned to a project team answering inbound customer calls inquiring and having issues regarding our outsourced clients products or services. Capture pertinent customer data elements to increase knowledge of customer, their environments, needs and update in marketing database. Prepare tracking reports; activities, leads, and sales. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industries, competitive landscape, and client's products and solutions.
